Switch panel for cassette holder area on 94z? Anyone made them? How?

I need to install some toggle switches for various accessories and would like to place them on a panel over the cassette holder. Has anyone made these, and how did you do it? Companies that sell this? Thanks,

I got this from a place called Camprodesigns. But I don't think they make them anymore. www.z28roc.cz28.com/shifter.jpg
