Has anyone ever replace there sunvisors, b/c I know that the strap on the visor gets loose on a lot of f-bodys.

 

No it gets loose on all f-Bodies Wait on all pontiacs

its easy to replace them just usually not worth it. In the color to match Year One wants 69.95 a pair. Thats why i just put the strap under the mirror door. Another easy way out is to get those cd visor holders. They hold those up there nicely. A few of my freinds just cut them off.

 

Cut the straps, once they're stretched, they are no good to you. Not worth trying to replace. Just my .02

 

just pry up the bottom of the mirror a little bit. you might be able to do it with your fingers, if not a screw driver. then push the strap in there and push the mirror back down. looks brand new and not stretched. ive done this on all my cars.

What straps are you guys talking about. The little elastic thingy that has no purpose?

I do the same thing. I never use the mirrors anyway... but when passengers do... they get a little surprise. :lol

I have just put paper clips on my loose straps, that way they don't hang down in my face.
