sunvisor color question

what color/year are these sunvisors? the ad says 1998 but i thought 1998-2002 had the stickers for the airbag on the front of the visor instead of on the mirror cover? i'm wanting to put these into a 1995 w/ graphite interior and want to make sure the color is the same..it says dark gray... was there a dark gray thats ligher than graphite? and if so how close would they be?

The visors in my 99 have the stickers on the other side(not on the mirrors) and so did my new ones I bought last year. Also I'm not sure about the color.

those visers are identical to my 95's visors as far as the sticker on the mirror and the straps... i'm just not sure on the color... it looks to be the same but i can't tell 100%.. the same person is selling a really light set of gray visors which IIRC they did not have in 1998, so i still think these are 1993-1996 visors...I'm guessing they came either from a hardtop or from a t-top where the person didnt take the tops out very often cause there is no fade from what i can see on the part right below the vanity mirrors which is almost a light gray/white on my graphite visors.

I thought they flipped the sticker to the opposite side in 1998, but i dont know.. i know 99-02 they are opposite of the mirror, and 93-96 they are on the same side, i'm just nto sure on 97-98

It didnt occur to me to check autotrader for some 97s/98s they changed the visor in 97 to the newer color and the mirror cover is different as well as the fact that the sticker is on the opposite sides...at this point i'm pretty sure those must be graphite as I dont think they made a dk gray visor in 93-96 (only light gray and graphite) and based on the location of the airbag sticker and the type of vanity mirror cover (the later models have a rounded piece at the bottom that you use to open them) those have to be graphite 93-96's

the only way they would be 98's and not graphite is if GM went back to the old style visor for 1998 for a limited run due to the strike, but i dont think they did.

according to TAcreationsusa.com they flipped the sticker to the other side for 97 and 97-99 dark gray look like this

I wish I could help on this topic, but the Camaro interior stuff confuses the heck out of me. I'd suggest trying to find some on www.gmpartsdirect.com.

All I can say is that the one's in the original topic starter's pic look about the same if not the same as what is in both of our cars.
