Suggestion for brush on caliper paint?
I bought some high temp spray paint to paint my calipers but now I'm thinking they may come out better if I brush paint them. Does anyone know of any paint brands that I can go pick up tomorrow from a Walmart or auto parts store? If not I guess I'll just use the spray paint, but any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I've done both. First time i brush painted mine yellow, and the bristles kept falling off the brush onto the caliper, and a week later they were covered in brake dust. Second time I used High Temp Aluminum spray paint, and after i got them the right shade, i used High Temp Clear and now when i wash the car, all I have to do is shoot a little water on the calipers and it cleans them off, even though they dont get enar as dirty, they stay aluminum color for a long time, even if i dont get them hosed off when i wash the car.

I used G2 brush on, but I got it from tirerack.com. Turned out great. http://home.earthlink.net/~vortmax96...BrakeAfter.jpg

Do what I did I just sprayed the paint in a cup and just got a foam brush at the dollar store. Take off wheel, clean and paint your heart away. I got the VHT paint at Autozone on sale for 6.99. Just used one can and I still had some left overafter painting all four. It takes like 10 minutes for the paint to dry so you can do it in under an hour. Good luck and remember, wear gloves and point away lol. I was blue for like 2 hrs.
