Re: Stuck!
black turn signals? i bought the clear ones, but there yet to be on.
as for the headlight covers...ive had bad luck with them. i bought a pair and i lost one...the next time i bought a set, they would stick either. how do i install them without having to drill holes in drill holes?

Re: Stuck!
I don't have any experience with headlight covers. I just think they would look awesome on your car. The clear corners will look great, but with the all black, man, that would look even better IMO. I'm pretty sure I have seen some guys on here that have used some tinting spray to make their turn signals covers black. See if you can do a search and find it.
I really don't know what else there is left for you to do. It looks like a real sharp car. So good job! I love the style of the car, and all the shaved panels, letters, antennas, etc. looks real nice. If you think you are done with the exterior, you could always move onto some interior work. White guages, painted bezels, etc.

Re: Stuck!
Three years since you've seen Nicole?
How come? She's really pretty by the way.
Ahem..........back to the subject at hand, I like your car a lot right now - but you're right, a LT1 (or LS1!!) swap would be killer.

Re: Stuck!
•Rear lettering...far too plain on the back end.
•Some kind of grill or something in the scoop of the hood - not painted all the way through like its not even there.
•Put the front nose Bowtie back on.
•Paint around the fog lights all black - no stripes through there.
Each of those four things are things to break up the stripes a little bit.
It is a very nice paint job (and you have the aboslute best color)...but it sort of looks generic if you ask me, just because it is so fluent and blocky. Sort of looks like you just taped a few of lines and went to spraying. Don't get me wrong - they are very nice stripes - and it is a very well done job - but just needs a little bit of something to seperate them IMO.
That's just my opinions though - which is what you asked for. You really gotta do what you think goes with what you want.

-I am thinking of putting a Chrome 69 Camaro Emblem where the z28 goes.
•Some kind of grill or something in the scoop of the hood - not painted all the way through like its not even there.
-I am hoping to open a hole through the hood. does anyone have pics of teh hardwood hood opened?
•Put the front nose Bowtie back on.
-DOesnt color match! ITS RED

-Well...I dont know about that! easier said than done!

-thank you. I try! I just think that it is so much cleaner to bring it from one side to the next. most members just have it on the top of the car, and the bumpers lack paint!

-and i thank you for your opinion. Im glad to see that there are decent people on this board, and none would dream of bashing!
thanks again guys.

Why not a Z/28 Emblem centered up...
I'd say it looks decent on SuperDave's car.
-I am hoping to open a hole through the hood. does anyone have pics of teh hardwood hood opened?
That would suffice.
-DOesnt color match! ITS RED
^^^Coming from a guy with cutom painted stripes.
You could either:
A) Paint it whatever color you like.
B) Buy an overlay from Brent.
-Well...I dont know about that! easier said than done!
I knew it was a lot easier said than done - but hey - I think it would look nice, so I mentioned it.
