Strobe Light Install
Hey guys! My buddie just bought strobe lights for his car, and before we start, What's the best way to do this? What's the best 12 volt power source to get power from?

He's got a 97 grand am, and the strobes are going into the reverse light bezel. 
I can't seem to get the fuse box out of the housing on the left side of the dash.
