I have a 95 Z28 camaro. I have finished the body work and am getting ready to paint it. I am doing metallic black with red racing stripes. I am wondering were to place the stripes and how it will look. If anyone could post pictures of this body style with stripes that would be very helpful.

 

The only stripe design that looks really good is the 30th anniversary stripes, I think you can order a stencil kit from some place

 

Im looking for solid stripes.

Here's my '95, but the hood on mine is not stock






Before I put that hood on I had the twin black stripes (vinyls) that start on the bumper, and continue up the hood through the faux vents. They were nice, inexpensive, and the vinyls were pretty durable. Can't find a pic of that, but I'll look around some more and post it if I find it.

 

Thats what my hood looks like. I was thinking the stripes could come out of the vents and down to the bumper.

You confused me, Since you said you had a Ram Air Hood, then you posted a pic of your LT1 and it had a stock hood.

 

Here's a link to a RK Sport page with the same stripes I had originally. They still sell them somewhere on this site. It sounds like what you are talking about "thinking the stripes could come out of the vents and down to the bumper"

yeah that look good thanks. Sorry 94 camaro i was talking about the first set of pics. The white with orange. Im getting the stripes painted and I think im going to bring the stripes all the way down the front bumper.
