SS Spoiler needs to be sanded down. How do I do it

Well, I recently had my Wings West ss spoiler painted and when I installed it fits to high. I heard of problems with the WW spoiler and people sanding them down to have them fit right.

What kind of sand paper did you use?
What spots did you sand?
any other suggestions to make it fit correct.

Where does it sit too high in the front corners where it meets up with the factory rear deck or on the sides?

Sanding it IMHO is not a good idea if you need it to fit better no telling how thin the fiberglass is on the spoiler.

holy crap shorten the sig 01pewter. How come you didnt test fit the spoiler before you painted it? I'd be real careful sanding it with it painted so you dont chip the paint.
