If you put 3M tape on it (or screw it down, it has holes in the pillars to screw it down but most people don't want to drill into their hatch) and push it down then let it sit in the sun it will stay down (cures the fiberglass I guess)...
The gap Spoiler Depot has on the front sides where it meets the hatch, now those really suck (on some) and there's nothing you can do about it...
