SS Hood Scoop Painted...

Was curious if anyone knew just how the SS Hood Scoop is painted on the ZL1 and some Berger Camaro's. Also the Intimidator SS. I really think it helps the SS Hood stand out. Was hoping someone may already have some good information to getting this done to look exactly as they have done to the above Camaro's. It seems from the pictures that the strip around the scoop paint it and then leave a small like around the ouside the hood color followed by a small like of the same color as the scoop is painted. Also seeing that the inside walls of the scop is left the original color of the hood. If anyone knows please leave a message or pictures.
Thanks

I was planning on doing that to my SS hood when I purchase it. But I thought you could just get a decal made to fit the hood scoop. Kind of like racing stripes but custom cut to fit the hood

You can get a decal to cover that if you dont want to spend the money to get someone to paint it and its always good that idea incase you dont like the color later
