Has anyone ever molded-in the sport back with fiberglass/epoxy. Basically, make it part of the hatch so the only "seam" if you will would be between it and the sail panel.

I don't like how the sport back looks stuck on, but I think if it was molded-in, the scaloped sides would look great. I'm just invisioning this from looking at a side profle of my car.

Thoughts?

I think the best option would be to mold the sport back into the roof/sail panel completely and convert to a trunk from a Convertible. Now that would be awesome.
