Spoiler and emblems

Hey, where is the best place to get a decent 96-97 style SS spoiler...or should i go ahead and get a newer style 98+ SS spoiler.

also im trying to decide on either the 73-74ish emblems or the 68/69 emblems for a 95 z28 that is red

Thanks
cory

98+ are better.

What do u want? a GM or a aftermarket?

Wings West sells aftermarket and check
www.ls1.com
www.ls1tech.com

and our board for the 98+ SS GM wings or even ebay if need be...

Go with the 70-74 emblems.
They fit our body lines much better IMO.
I have pics of them on my black Z, go to my website from sig.
I also have a short writeup on them on the 'appearance' page there.
Good luck
Dave

I put a OEM GM 98+ SS spoiler on my '96 car and it fit PERFECTLY with no modification at all. Be aware with a OBDI series car (93-95) you will need to add a relay or a resistor to the brake light circuit or you will get the dreaded "ABS INOP" light on your dash. I personally really like the way the LED's look on these spoilers as opposed to the older bulb type 3rd brake lights as well as the center support "fins" that the 96/97 SS cars don't have. It was a whole 20 minute installation from start to finish. I've got pics in the sig

as far as the emblenms I went for the 69 vintage myself. If you want to see a picture of a red car with these emblems there is a good sized picture in the Year One catalog of a red 4th gen Z28 with the 69 emblems and look pretty good. I went with the 69's since the stock black emblems disappear in the black paint job at more that 10 feet away.
