Spider Cracks and stone chips

I have a lot of spider cracks on my rear bumper and a few in other car parts. Is there anything I can do about them?

I don't know if that's what they are called, but they seem to be just the paint cracking and making white lines.

I also have a lot of stone chips on my front bumper (May get this repainted because its even a different shade of black than the rest of the car.). Is there anything I can do about these things? They are very small chips but I have a lot of them and i think wax gets in them when i clean and wax my car and they look very apparent. Is there anyway i can fill these in with black or fix them up?

I was kinda wondering the same thing...from what I've heard, you can repaint over the spider cracks, but they will come back later on, sometimes. For the front bumper cover, I believe there was a guide posted about R&R for this.

Sand them down if you can or fill them with bumper repair adhesive.

I have the same problem, except its with my front bumper, ive got alot of spider cracks on it from a small incident, and also a turkey hit me and left a 6 inch circle of them. I notice them mostly after waxing as well, its the left over wax that dries white inside the cracks. I just picked up some NXT wax and it says it doesnt dry white. so maybe it wont be as bad with it. Im just ordering a new bumper cover because i think mine is beyond repair, or not worth it because there is also a small rip in it. My aunt had a camaro with a spider cracked bumper, and they had it repainted and they just reapeared.

I have a 93 Z28k, Burgandy. I have same problem on front fender. I've been thinking about replacing it, but can't seem to find any. Keep running into hoods, but no front fender. Anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

Thanks,

Cindy

How exactly can you safely sand a car without removing paint? I sanded my heatsink on my computer with some insanely high grit sand paper and it made a mirror finish but what do you recommend for the front bumper?
