My 82 Z28 in in need of some TLC. I am not looking for to restore the car to spec but to get it to be a presntable weekend drive. First, the rear most left front fender bolt is conspicuous in its absence. Furthermore, thereappears to be no EASY access to install the clip for the bolt. What is required to install the clip and bolt? Second, the headliner is in need of replacement as it sags, badly. Where is a good source for one, with installation instructions? Third, and last for now, The dash is on its way out and cracked. I've seen those overlay pieces which fit over the existing dash. The price was $145. What's the best way to handle the dash issue?

I don't know about the other 2 , but for the headliner you can try Year One. They have restoration and replacement parts.
