Most of the time - I totally agree with you - but this time I will agree with you and disagree with you too. That is a ****-style kit - it is exactly what you see the import boyz putting on their cars.

Notes about this post:
1. **** = R1CE - I have a language filter on my computer that doesn't allow me to type that word because hate it so much.
2. By Import - you know what kind of car I mean - so don't even start with the European's are Imports, etc...

You know - I kept looking at this post and never came in for fear of something like this - I wish I would have just stayed out now.

 

I thought the front end was smashed-in or something from a collision... it's just the body kit though.

 

The reason I think it would be considered ugly/I don't like it, instead of **** is because, I DO like some kit's the import crowd put on there cars.
It's just that I don't like that particular style kit on ANY car. that's why I said what I said.

Shogun kits belong with fake intercoolers, neons, and fake BOVs.

 

Don't like the nose, but the sideskirts and rear might look good? Don't see any rear shots, and the sideskirt pic is to hard to tell.

I never understood why they didn't come out with something diff for a LT1 style? Like the kit that someone posted a while back that looked like someone molded a 98 nose on a 93-97 nose, but kept the 93-97 headlights.

Umm okay, take a chill pill. I don't know how many times I need to say this but THAT'S NOT MY CAR. In fact I don't even like the looks of it much. Just trying to show people what's out there because there aren't many kits for the f-body. "Ricer" to me is someone with all looks an no go. The fact that you don't like how something looks doesn't make it "rice", atleast not to me. If it ran 9s, I couldn't care less what it looked like.

Ive been reading these posts lately and i just have to say, i agree with the ricer comment, but to tell ya what, who gives a ****? If he likes it then let him put it on his car. If hes getting money out of it, hell its worth it, he can take it right off and put back the other one on. But if that kit comes out, i bet you alot of people will want it. I wouldnt, i think the Shogun kits arent that great looking, but to each his own.

i still dont get whats so bad about the kit. i think the callaway kit for the camaro is way worse looking than this one. i think this kit needs to be a bit smaller to look right but it isn't so bad. someone threw in a comment that anyone who likes it is a ricer and needs to own up.... i am definatly not a ricer and i like it. o well ...
