Hey guys, do you know where i could pick up a set of smoked or carbon fiber side markers, i dislike the stock red ones.

 

Get a can of VHT nightshades and tint them yourself. You can get it from afterthought auto, or I heard that o'riellys will order it. That's your best bet. Do it yourself. While your at it, sand the lettering off the lenses. Gives a cleaner look.

 

I did it to mine it is easy just spray it on.

 

Bah, I didn't go with the spray on stuff. I ordered the acutal fill ins from RK Sport. I prefered the smooth look without the indentures.

 

Do you have a link for them, i looked at the RK sport website and coudlnt find any. I might just paint them...what did you guys use to sand the letters off? They also recomended to change the bulb color to red? any of you do that?

 

i would like to know too for the Rksport link because I've never heard of them

 

RKsport moved their site around its a mess right now i know custolight was doin tinting or so i heard, they painted mine for little money

What did you guys use to sand the letters off?

Also, does anybody know if tinting the side markers is illegal? I know alot of cars that do not have side markers period.
