Re: SLP CME Install Complete...

Nice Mod. Does yours have any rattles? I had a real slight rattle in one of the pipes that bends into the tips, I have to go re-adjust something. The CME has become somewhat exclusive since SLP is selling their remaining stock.

Re: SLP CME Install Complete...

there arent any side skirts and front valence to match....this isnt a ground effect kit...its just an option SLP installed on a few SS's in the most recent year cars I believe....00-02 years maybe.

Re: SLP CME Install Complete...

Don't forget to weld a pice of metal to the back of the tips! That OG connector isnt too durable

Re: SLP CME Install Complete...

the tips I have are braced with two pieces of metal securing the tips very well....stainless works did a wonderful job on the tig welds and the entire make up of the tips...

Re: SLP CME Install Complete...

well what i want to know, is if it matches the lines of the car, or looks weird with the center valence hanging off the back?

so if any side pics are available, please share sir

Re: SLP CME Install Complete...

looks good...doesnt need lowered or additional pieces...its not a really huge body piece so it doesnt make the car look unproportional...maybe Ill have some pics later
