Do you mean like the full blown pipes that run down the length of the door? It is possible, but I would definitely want to see at least a Photoshop of something like that before doing it...

 

yes or just pipes that stick out just in front of the rear wheels... have to clear the body in texas...also doing true duals

 

Now just side exiting pipes would be nice, but I don't know about the 70's style side pipes...I have a pic though of a guy who has side exiting pipes, can't tell anything about the pipe routing or muffler placement, but you can see the tips sticking out in front of the rear wheels. e-mail me if you want me to try and dig up the pic...true dual can be done too, I have a nice underbody shot of that if interested...
