Thanks for the input guys, looks like I have a couple options. The camber is out because it ran out of adjustment on the control arm. It is actually -.3 deg now, spec range is -.1 to a +1 I believe. To me this is not a big deal. Some negative camber should cause the car to stick the front end a little better and get rid of some of the oversteer. The only negative of this is the tire will wear a little more on the inside.

You guys ever heard of this place? http://performance.auto-parts-wholesale.com/ They have Bilstein HD for $111 front $95 rear. The KYB AGX are $110 front $100 rear.

Ok I decided to go with the Bilstein HD because they were the least expensive option for $330 a set. I found out that GM employees get a discount from Bilstein so I called them today. He told me the normal valving on the HD would not be adequate for the lowered car. He said they really need to be revalved or they won't have enough rebound damping to control the bounce after bottoming out against the jounce bumper. Revalved Bilsteins online are $480 BTW. To make a long story short, for any of you GM employees, you can get Bilsteins cheap. Bilstein HD $36 each revalved for an additional $25. Amazing deal and they were prompt calling me back and quite friendly.
