Scratches on windows??

Scratches on windows??
I have some vertical scratches on my driver's side window that are from something down inside the door. I have heard of other people having the same problem with their 4th gens, and I know a few had them replaced. Is there a recall or anything I can do for this?

It's the strip on the outside of the door that the window rubs against! They improved the design on the newer models! They are about $25 each and not too hard to put on, just pay attention to what you're doing and work slowly
