I kind of feel the same way the 350 emblems look to blocky. The 68-69 emblems look good because they aren't so square.

Re: Retro Z/28-350 Badges

im getting ready to put some 69 350 emblems on my front fender in my black hockey stripes. i hacked off the pegs, but the backs of the emblems are hollow and too deep for 3m adhesive tape. have to figure something out. anyway, it will look good.

I've always been a 1974 style man myself:

My old 1994 Z (Electron Blue):

And my current 1998 Z (NBM):

Small one on gauge cluster (thanks Brent!):

Even though they are "retro" they feel more modern than the stock ones to me .

Re: Retro Z/28-350 Badges

3M adhesive tape may not be good enough for heavy metal emblems, which was why I used 3M emblem adhesive glue. The stuff is real tuff and is made specfically for glueing metal emblems to cars. It looked a little sloppy when I put them on because I was inexperienced with the glue and with doing that sort of thing, but when I repaint my fenders and put them back on it will look better. Besides you can only see the extra glue in the cursive letters of the "Camaro" when you look up close and it's not that bad. I recommend the glue if you can't get tape to work.

That's a big negative.... 3M adhesive works PERFECT

I've used it on all my metal emblems on all my cars without a single problem... I couldn't imagine glueing them to my fenders
