Replacing Front Bumper

How hard is it to replace the front bumper on my 95Z. I am getting ground effects and a new bumper painted but wanted to install them myself. Is there any special tools needed. Any help would be appreciated.

Not difficult at all. The only tool that is wierd is the one you use to remove the plastic tabs. Use a thin fork instead.
