Remove side mouldings?

Has anyone done this on a 4th gen Camaro? Any pics?

Is it hard to do? Is there any adhesive residue left behind?

Any feedback is appreciated.

As stated in the previously linked thread, I have enough dings in my car... removing the side molding is just removing the last bit of protection your car has from door dings.
