I got a black Z .. with chrome ZR1s, red calipers, Red LT4 intake, red STB, going to have black roll cage etc

now im just wondeirng if i should go with black corbeaus or red ones .. if i go blcak i'll get red harness, if i go red i'll get a black harness

i had no doubts about getting black till i saw this picture

unless they make a black with red accents on them that wuold look pretty cool

Red would look cool if your interior is totally dark grey or black. Either way I would say black for sure. I have black ones and my interior is tan.

I like the red ones. They look a little too gaudy in a red car IMHO, but I think they would look good in a black car.

 

Thats Carter's car. It looks great with the red Corbeaus. I would go with black though, in case you ever wanted to change the accent color of the car, or wanted to paint it a totally different color. I found a wild color I would love to paint my Z28, but I have red Sparcos so I am stuck with a red car. He's selling those Corbeaus by the way.

 

Why did I have to see this post. I had my mind set on black corbeau seats (my car looks the exact same as carters only i have an ss hood with a red insert. I really like those red seats. I think the red would fade with the sun over time and the black might would keep its color a little longer. I think Im still going with the black seats but those red ones look very very nice! That roll also adds a nice touch to the interior. Carter has a very nice car

 

I don't think the red will fade. I have red Sparcos in my Z28 and drive with the windows open and the car stays parked outside, no problems fading.

 

Personaly red is too much of a change. If it were a suttle small piece then red would be fine. But the seats are too big to change the color to red. I say stick with a black seat. This is just my opinion though.

 

Guys .. this isnt helping me at all .. i had my mind set on black .. now i see some of you voting for red .. and a lot of my local friends are telling me to go with red ... i dont know what to do

after seeing the pictures ... i REALLY dont know what to do .. i think i just might go with red

 

What do you want? What will you be happy with? If worse comes to worse you can always get one black seat and one red seat

If you want to stay with the whole black theme then get black but if you want a big color "difference" get red. Personally I saw the red and I was thinking I want red but I think after a while I would get tired of that bright red. IMO

 

I was dealing with this battle a little ago. check my last post in this section. A guy responded with his link to his car with red CT1's or whatever those are. I was set when I saw his car. Now dought.

I am going to die/paint my interior black, and have some red accents throughout the car. I got my red Forza's today. Look great.

if you plan on more accents, and mabey add black. No dought do red. If not. you might want to go black. just my opinion.
