i put a pair of tenzo seats in my Z and it took some work. i HAD to use the camaro seat rails because of the uneveness of the camaro floor and weld tabs on them. i then drilled holes through the tabs for grade 8 bolts. the holes in the new seats are wider than the holes in the camaro rails on my rasing seats. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS UNLESS YOU ARE A CAPABLE WELDER. If you were to get into a wreak with halfas$ welds, it could kill you.

my Z28 is a semi-daily driver and with the high side-bolsters it can be a pain geting in and out all the time.

hope this helps.

I installed a Corbeau Forza, and Corbeau has a "slider" type mounting bracket available, specific to the 4th Gen F-Bodys. Almost a direct bolt in. Only problem I saw was that I saved almost 20# over the stock seat/rails, then had to add a 10# mounting bracket and give back some of the weight savings.

If you race your car, be sure to read the NHRA or IHRA rules regarding aftermarket seats.
