Question about leather seats (Ernster500-maybe you can help)

I saw a few people on here have seats from www.leatherseats.com and I was thinking about ordering some seats from them. The only thing, is I currently have cloth seats. Can I put the leather seat covers over my cloth seats, or do they only fit over leather seats? Thanks a lot for any help,

Erik

Hey Erik!

Glad to hear you are considering www.leatherseats.com. They are a great company.

The answer to your question, the cloth covers come off, the nice new leather covers go on!

If it's for the same reason as me, it's cause there is nothing like a new set of custom leather seats made just for you!

Check out my website and maybe you'll see what I mean...

Yes you can put leather in your car. Your cloth covers will need to be taken off( no problem there) as far as the leather being to sticky get perferated inserts so that it will allow the leather and your but to breathe. You can also get any color combo you want. I would recomend getting KATZKIN it is simply the best!! call me if you want to order some I might be able to beat the price! 1800-294-2886 Phillip Parsons

Awesome, thanks a lot for the replies. I know, I like my cloth seats a lot (my brother was going to swap his leather and my cloth seats out when he sold his old car, but I wanted to keep mine). But I've seen some of these custom jobs people have done and am starting to change my mind. Thanks again for all the help

I also had cloth seats and switch to leather by www.leatherseats.com. The cloth came right off and the new covers slipped on easily. I'm currently selling the cloth covers that I took off now. I'm sure someone with a tan interior would like to have a spare set of covers from cheap. Its really easy and nothing screams "custom" like 2 tone leather made just for you Good luck with your decision

Here are some pics of my conversion (and in the sig):
