I have the reverse indiglo gauges in my Camaro now (and they're awesome) but I don't want all that white.

I ordered a TA bezel becuase it outlines only the dials, but there will still be large white areas on the top left (where most of the icons are) and right (area w/the odometer) parts of the gauges.

My questions is can I CUT off those areas of the indiglo gauges and have them still be functional? I didn't look too much at the back of the gauges themselves when I put them in, so I', not sure. I know this works with normal white faced of course, but I', not sure about the reverse indiglow variety. Anyone know??
