thanks guys almost the whole font clip is off do to some repainting. and pics will be up soon as soon as coldness and salt goes away

IMO, black wheels need a chrome lip. Otherwise they just look "dull" to me.

ya know every ricer i see has black with polished lip and its old now. BTW they can look as dull as they want to you because i like them and there on my car. hahahahhahaha

Since when are black wheels with a chrome lip considered rice?

Most of "ricers" I see around here have the all black wheels and to me they just look cheap. I have seen alot of really nice cars with all black wheels, and it just looks like they got lazy when it came time for wheel selection. A chrome or polished lip adds a sense of "class" to the wheel and the car. Thats just my opinion, thats why they're on your car and not mine.

1. did u powdercoat right over the chrome or was there some prep work to it

Exactly. It looks like they just spray painted the wheel without even trying.

They're on your car, and if you like them then that's all that matters. So...

it says it costed you 110, was that per wheel? seems kinda cheep to me for all 4, im thinking about having my zr1 rims done but dont wanna spend 500 buks for it

Just my 2 cents, I love it when you leave the outer circle of the rim silver, Do you think I could tape off the rims and remove before baking? not familiar with the process but I do airbrush.
