Splitter? What are you referring to in that pic? The SLP Grill? I don't know how that is widebody at all... I'm confused.

The black part coming from under the front bumper... Splitters are made to make the car more aerodynamic:






The Dick Harrell wide body cars' bumpers have a lip molded into them that is similated...

American Racing Rebels. Those look like at least 18's, if not bigger. I have 17's on my 93.

It's called HDR photography.

What you basically do is take a picture at the correct exposure, a picture at +1 and a picture at -1. You can then take those 3 and combine them in Photoshop or some other HDR program.

What it does is bring out colors and shadows really strongly. When done well, it looks awesome.

any way to get those dick harell fenders?? there are many pictures of those wide bodies around.

It looks like HDR and some chrome effect on the Camaro. I don't really like the picture though. It might look better if the setting was better, but the car's surroundings look like crap.

Not that i'm aware of. I actually called GMPP about that wide body kit and they told me the kits were only made for the Dick Harrell cars.
