Is This Possible..?

I've got a crack in the corner of my '98 Camaro's front bumper along with scratches/dings from bugs, etc. Would it be possible for me to:

1. Remove front bumper
2. Sand off all the paint
3. Fill the crack (I have the stuff to fill it.. we already filled it from the inside to retain structural integrity) from the outside.
4. Sand the filled crack smooth.
5. Primer a few coats w/ sanding in between each.
6. Spray-paint it black in a few coats.
7. Then clear coat it a few times with spray cans.

Is that possible? Well obviously its possible, but is there any chance that it could turn out well?

Do they even make clear coat in spray paint cans? I'm sure what you said would work, but spray paint cans are going to give you a pretty crappy paint job. Probably worse than having a crack.
