Question Pollishing engine parts

I've noticed some people have pollished parts of their engines, i.e. the trottle body, MAF, etc.... Is there a product for doing this and are there required tools ? Or, are these just aftermarket parts? I think it looks great!!! and very clean.

Everything you need to know can be found...HERE.

The third guide listed there has specific info on the throttle body polishing, and I think some other engine parts.
