polishing TB.

Hey , I want to polish my stock Thottle body. I have already done a few things on my car: fins on top of intake mainfold, fuel rails, MAFS housing ect. Now I want to polish my throttle body. Here's what I plan to use: 400, 800, 1000 (wet sand) sandpaper, then polish it to a mirror finish with my dremel and polishing wheel. This is the method that I used on my other projects.
This is my daily driver so I was hoping to reduce down-time to a minimum. Do you guys think I can pull it off on a friday afternoon, polish it out saturday and sunday, and put it all back togeather sunday evening so I can drive it monday morning?
What do I need to do this: all gaskets, special tools ect.
Can I buy this stuff from AutoZone?
Any tips to make this easier would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks everyone.

Good luck. I have heard its a major PITA because of all the knoocks and crannies! I would say you could get it done in a weekend if you worked on it a few hours a day and had everything you needed. You shouldnt need any special tools to take it off. Might not even need a new gasket. Definetly post a pic of it when your done, I want to see just how determined you are
