i got my car painted about a month ago and i washed it today and all of a sudden i have little white specs alllll over my car what the heck is up with this

 

Try clay baring and then do a nice polish and wax. I had something similar after a repaint. It looks good outstanding now.

I would suggest Meguiars. They have a clay bar kit and I use their 3 step Cleaner wax, Polisher, and Carnauba wax.
