Here is my car currently. The mecham rear spoiler was installed in june of last summer. It still needs painted, first i need to find and modify a good set of strong trunk struts. I love the spoiler, i just think Mecham was stupid in making it an add on. they could have easily made a completely new trunk which would have kept weight down and labor to install it down to a minimum. It took a body shop about 4 days working on it after i started it to finish. The small spoiler pieces on the side of the car also needed to be enlarged to match the new spoiler. THE THING IS HEAVY. It was done with as little fiberglass, body filler and whatever else as possible. It will be painted when I finally know what I want to do with the rest of the exterior.

I did the clear taillight mod about 2 years ago and i really like it on the silver car, not sure if it looks good on all colors. I will be getting clear corners soon also to complete the look. The 3rd brake light is getting a decal that only allows FORMULA to come through. The bird on the hood is at least going to be replaced and clearcoated over. I may have it sprayed on also. I removed the ram air intake grill mesh and i'm going to leave it off, i plan on simply cleaning the openings and maybe enlarging them a bit. I plan on removing the bird emblem on the front bumper cover only because i don't want two differnt styles visible so close. I like the decal i have because its differnt. I know its not official.

The rims are the z06 rims wich i need to shave the corvette emblems off the center caps one of these days. I definatly need to lower the car with 18s on there.

I think i have decided to leave the body the way it is now, no groundeffects or anything else. I was going to put T/A bumpers and molding on. All i need to finish the look of what i have is fog lights.

 

Interior was far from being clean, i had a lot of equipment in there too
