where is the filter? is on the cluster or the guages itself?
I have aftermarket guages (next generation parts ) not overlays like most people. Would i still have the blue filter? Any way to remove it?

I'm not sure what you mean by
..
Is it a total replacment? including the "face" itself? or just a "total face replacment"?
One thing you can try is taking the cluster out, and shining pure white light in through a light bulb hole.. A really good flash light (maglight does it for mine) should show up any sign of blue (or red)..
If you have no filter.. spend the extra money and get RGB LED's and wire them up seperatly from the lighting circuit to a control box, and you can virtually have any color you want..
