Painting - Peach
Stay away from those cheap paint places, their paint jobs are really bad. You do get what you pay for.
If you do take it to one of those places, have all the prep work done first. Have the car sanded down and all the stuff that isn't going to be painted either taped off or removed, the paint job will come out 10x better.
I suggest finding someone on the board here that does paint jobs at home or something. Because, even a decent painter w/ the most basic at home paint setups can do better job than those places.

I've actually seen some pretty decent stuff come out of peach auto and Maaco's. Everyone thinks that just because they are cheap, they suck. Here's the deal...they CAN be cheap...but depending on how good of a paint job you want...the price goes up. Depending on how many coats of this...or that...and type of paint. I'd see if they have a warranty on their painting...if so...then you can't really go wrong. This is not to say that you don't get what you pay for...believe me, you do...it's just that if you are on a budget and do your homework...you might find that these paint centers might actually be a good deal in your case.
