i got creative when i pulled my valve covers a few weeks ago. i scrubbed them down and bought some Dupli-color metalcast red anodize paint.

the valve covers are a bit more visible now that i have the EGR removed and it gives the engine bay that added touch.
i think the anodized look is really nice, compared to a standard gloss paint.
