I'm looking for recommendations on a good location where I can get good paintwork done, that will last me a few years. I have a very small budget. I'm not doing anything special to it, just restoring factory colors.

Try finding out who does paint work on the local exotic cars (Ferraris and Lamborghinis) and find out what they charge for a slightly less professional paint job. You could call up the local Ferrari dealership and probably find out that info. Ask them who does their paint work.
