first off, could you just spray another coat of clear with out sanding the original paint, like if you just cleaned it up really good and then sprayed another clear coat with out sanding

also, is there any special clear coats that will really look good, any kind of chameleon clear coat that will make it shimmer, or does anyone one else have any other ideas for me, my 94 paint could use some freshening up

um, yea

 

you have to sand the whole car, if don't have any experince doing this i don't recommend that you do it. as far as the color change effect that you want, you can add a pearl to the clear coat and that will give you some what of a color change.
