Hey

I have a 94 camaro & am looking to paint it. it is currently metallic green. First i was thinking PPG paint, and then i was thinking House of Kolor. does anyone know which one is better? have any of you used either?

also, i've been battling with color issues. i have a blue neon underbody and interior lighting system. i don't know whether i want to paint the car candy apple red with blue flames or to go with a nice, high-gloss tuxedo black (like Kitt in Knight Rider). my camaro has a tan interior btw. what are your thoughts on colors? and what kind of prices do you think i'll be looking at?

also, another slightly off-the-wall note: does anyone know if a scanner can be installed in a camaro w/o seriously adjusting the hood? and are they available in blue?

 

Each painter has his own favorite brand of paint that he feels he can paint best with. I think the best brand goes hand and hand with your painter. Find a good painter and he'll use a good brand that he can paint well with. A good painter most likely isn't going to be using junk paint.
