Official "What Grit sand paper for what"

Well maybe i got carried away with the whole official thing but i would really liek to know what grit sand paper to use for

1) Paint removal
2)Sand down bondo
3) sand down primer

I think thats it because im only doing the prep work and my painter is taking care of the rest.

I did most of the sanding on my Mach 1 for my body man. I believe he told me to finish it in at least 220 for him, to paint over. You really should be able to start out with anything just as long as you finish in 220. I'm pretty sure that what he said to use. He does great work. There is a pic of his work (My Mach) on the second page of my sig.

Sup man, yea I'm finally back lol!!

1) 40-80 grit (paint, fiberglass)
2) 120-180 (bondo, etc...)
3) 180-300 grit (primer, filler primer, gel coat)
4) 400+ grit is for wet sanding of final finishes.

BTW check these out....
