It's a little bit on the 'gimmicky' side, but I do think it has some legitimate uses beyond just the "style" or "check this out" factors...


For example, some people LOVE Pontiac's red interior lighting, while others HATE it... this gives the owner a choice (actually many) to choose what suits them best.

 

It's ok, I guess. *shrug*
