I have been searching for a new hood for my 99 z. i have found a few different hoods, but all i have been able to find are pictures of the manufacturers website. I know of the ultra z, ss, rk sports ss competition, and cowl. what else is available, and if you have any hood other than stock, please post pics. I have also found one, really bad, picture of a 4 port heat extractor hood, but nothing else to see how it looked on a vehicle.

any help is very much appretiated in the form of pictures.

Also, any horror stories of fitment and what companies to avoid.

Try VFN out of Addison IL. They made me an awesome hood that fit really well. I''d talk to them before you pulled the trigger on anything. Unless you find something locally.
