GTS camaro hmmm

Looks like it would flow more air than a SS hood too

Not too bad

I actually pondered something like this for awhile, only cutting the top of the front clip instead of the hood...

I personally think it looks really good. The biggie is...it's a pin on hood. it's meant for racing...not daily driving...I think that's why it's not really meant for rain. And too...it's meant to force the air under the airbox...so if it was raining...it probably wouldn't get TOO wet. well...hopefully!

well for 80 bucks, you almost cant pass up a 10 pound hood. as for the rain, the ws6 ram air hood is rated for no water intake at 130 mph...anyone doing 130 in the rain is just asking for trouble.

id buy one if they made it for the lt1.

yes, you are wrong. If you look at the pic from underbneath the hood...it's ducting into the airbox.

yeah, i see that, but what good does it do if there is no hole in the hood? It looks like a flat black decal.

its not a flat black decal. have you ever seen the ducts for a turbo cooler on the new evolutions, or on the older model 300z, thats what it is. the way its designed is to force air in a certain way, so it is compressed and has a higher velocity. its not just a decal or paint. it is ram air, and it is one of the most efficient ram air ducts available.
