Those remind me of the taillights found on some 2nd gen and 3rd gen camaros.

I like em!!!

Thanks. That's an excellent guide.

I was thinking of doing a '97 up conversion first, before I saw the export lights.

No I'm thinking of something different. Since I have to take out the rear panel anyway, what if I just found the complete assembly (lights, panel, wiring harness) out of a wrecked black '97-up Camaro. Then I could got for then 1st Gen big-block/blacked out retro look. (My car is polo green)

Hmmmmm?

So the center section (above bumpers and between the lights) would be black?

They did that on a Red LS1 camaro, the one that was a "ZL1" prototype.

I'll say part of me said "awesome" part said "Looks like someone bashed the part and you just got a new one but havent painted it yet"

On polo green though it'd probably look a little better, espicially with different tail lights. Something unique, that's for sure.

Hey how have you been? Thanks for the heads-up to my website!

I noticed that you wrote there was no more export lights available in the US? Did Tim run out of export lights?

Take care
Daniel

Hey, Daniel. How are things in Fla.? Great guide for the export install!

What I meant was the dealers are out of them. I guess Tim is the only source right now. Do you know what he's getting for a pair? Whatever it is, they are still worth it.

Take care. Talk to you later.

Hey! Things are wet here in FL. I'm out of Z-16, so I'm fixing to place a Zaino order. I just can't keep the stuff on the car b/c of all the rain we've been having! It is better than most of the protectants out there though.

I haven't talked to Tim in a while now. I tried to call him a while back and I left a message, but he never called back. I do know that he got in a accident of some kind and he was having his car repaired.

Thanks for the compliments on my how-to. I hope to post quite a few more--the next will be a header install in the next 4 weeks or so!

BTW Your new interior is gorgeous in your car!!!!!

Take care
Daniel
