Hey everyone I need pics of a red car with the smoked style turn singals. I just recenty got my front bumper destroyed in an accident and I was looking to put these in there.

 

theres exactly what you're looking for, huge improvement on a red car IMO. I used VHT on mine but had a spare set of stockers sitting around to try on.

 

Yeah I like that look alot. I had clear ones in before the wreck and I liked those but I wanted something to go more along with the red/black theme. Can you buy them like that or do you have to make them?

 

RKsport sells the blackout covers for them for $34 i believe, or you can do it with niteshades for <15 but if you think you may want to go back to stock look i would buy the covers. I just thought actually spraying them made teh look much cleaner.

 

I VHT'd my sides. I think I went a little dark w/ em. One coat of VHT is great! Almost perfect IMO. No pics right now... 1- it's dark out, 2 my camera is in my buddy's truck....

 

hey guys. I was just wondering where you are getting the VHT spray? I have looked around a little, but just not had the time to check all places. I want to blacken by side and front lenses.

Here's a couple pics of the turn signals I got. I used to have RK Sports' smoke turn signal light covers, but liked the look of these much better.

Do a Google search on "VHT" and you should find some vendors. If nothing else, I know either Summit or Jeggs carry it. There was a shortage of it this summer since it was manufactured at one of the plants that got taken out by Katrina. However I believe you can now find the VHT in stock again.
