I have to redo the tint on my car. I was thinking about doing either a small tribal design at the bottom of the hatch, or maybe flames coming from around the edges of the hatch, from right behind the B pillar. Nothing to big, but the the guy who is going to do it said we could put some silver-red tint just behind the design to make it stand out a bit, then do dark tint on the rest. I've seen some gawdy tint jobs, but I just want something small and a little different. What do you think?

 

i think it would be cool, different is better sometimes b/c there are sooo many camaros/birds out there on the streets ya know?

 

Just do it, and post pics later. I think it sounds cool, if it looks anything like how I imagine!

 

You are right. If it ends up looking to gawdy I can just remove it and have the window retinted, since the guy is my friend.

I stripped the side windows already, hopefully I'll get the rear hatch done this weekend, and have it re-tinted next week. I got a tatoo artist friend of a friend drawing me a cool tribal to lay out, and my other buddy working on a set of flames.
