Need info for painting interior

I've been looking into painting some interior panels such as the air vents, console where the shifter is, etc. i want to know:

1. what type/name of paint should i use?
2. where can i find this paint?
3. should i sand it down first?
4. if so what grit sand paper?
5. any suggestions on how to do it.
6. any other info.

thanx, i appreciate it. l8tr,

WHat you are looking for is vinyl and plastic dye. Its actually a lacquer based paint. Its available in almost all good auto paint supply houses. SImply clean the parts real good and spray away. No sanding.
