Question NEED HELP with Turn Signals!!!

2 things:

First:
I've been having problems (recently) with my turn signals. When I click it on for a left turn, it works fine, yet when i turn it on for a right turn it lights up for about 6 seconds then clicks off for a second, then clicks back on for about another 6 seconds. Also, when the lights are on, the right turn signal practically stays on constantly!!!It is working very slow and was wondering what was going on with it. If anyone has an suggestions or experience with this problem, please reply!!! :-)

Second:
I have turn signal lights on my mirrors(for a couple of years now) and was wondering if you knew what I needed to wire it so that I can have the signal lights alternate with the mirror lights? Thanks!!!

All help is welcome!!!
