Need help with my HID kit...

So I got an HID kit off ebay, and tried to install it tonight, but niether of the lights come on. The instructions were written in Japenese, and English that was just jibberish, so I pretty much had to figure it out on my own. It looks simple enough. I just plugged the wire into the extention that went to the ballast, and then the ballast goes into the wiring hookup that goes to the bulb. But sure enough, when I turn on the lights, I get nothing. I checked both sides, and even plugged in my old headlights (and they worked fine) just to try and trouble shoot, but I am really in the dark here.

Anyone who has done this (Subarubill or tealz28), and has some ideas, please let me know ASAP!!

I believe the ebay kit isn't a rip off as the seller had sold several other kits to people who claimed they worked good. And I even sent a message to another person who bought the same kit as me and put it on his Camaro, and he said it works great.

This is how it is currently hooked up;

yea it looks like the plug going into the ballast is upside down. funny thing is i just installed HIDs in my trans am last night. its just a power/ ground connection to the ballast so if it doesnt work when you switch that plug around then id say something is either up with the ballast or the bulb itself which ive seen happen before. how was the bulb when you recieved it, all packaged up nice or was it open and exposed?

Camaro headlights have reverse polarity. So when installing the HIDs the + is actually - and the - is +.
